aNu Aesthetics™ and Optimal Wellness offers Vampire Facelift treatments is a unique skin rejuvenation treatment that utilizes PRP therapy, at times combined with cosmetic fillers, for patients who are interested in adding volume, reducing the visible signs of age, and improving the overall quality of their skin. This treatment works to improve the quality of your skin at a cellular level for a radiant, younger-looking complexion.
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous treatment, which means it is derived from the patient’s own body, that consists of high levels of platelets that help regenerate and repair damaged tissues and cellular structures. When used for aesthetic purposes, PRP can help increase collagen and improve the overall quality and health of the skin.
This skin rejuvenation treatment consists of injecting PRP therapy for enhanced renewal of your skin. It can be combined with cosmetic fillers to enhance volumizing effects even further. Our Vampire Facelift treatments can help restore a brighter, younger-looking appearance and reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks, fine lines, and other skin imperfections.
Vampire FaceLift treatment sessions can last anywhere between 30 minutes to one hour. First, we apply numbing cream to the face and we will draw a small amount of the patient’s blood and place it in a centrifuge to separate the plasma and create PRP. The PRP is then injected to the facial areas of need based on the initial assessment with the medical provider. This allows the PRP to deeply penetrate the skin and maximized the effects of growth factors. There is little to no downtime associated with this minimally-invasive treatment.
You may begin to see an improvement in the tone of your skin within a few days of your Vampire FaceLift. The most visible results of this skin rejuvenation treatment usually develop within two to three months of your treatment session and can last for 9-18 months.
