Hello! Mom, Dad, and I just talked and I wanted to get you our observations on how Dad and we feel he’s doing.

Motor skills
-dizziness-same (he stopped his levedopa today and is going to see if that helps)
-walking-a lot better, more balanced, falling backwards has decreased a lot

Fine motor skills
-writing-more legible

Mood/personality
-engaged, talkative, overall HAPPY, so much better! Used to be flat/not present…now he is back to participating in conversations etc. my kids this morning said “grandpas better!”

Cognition/memory
-forgetful and confused at times but less frequent than before.
-not repetitive with asking same questions over and over

Vision
-can read better but still having difficulty with vision due to excessive tear production. Meeting with Neuro ophthalmologist in January

First few weeks at home after last round were wonderful. He didn’t start his NAD injections until I want to say 3 weeks after his last IV and was starting to decline. After starting his IM injections my mom said he rebounded and has been doing really well again

The conversation has definitely changed from preparing for the worst to now learning how to live life to the fullest with this disease ❤️

Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for yesterday, it was AMAZING.  Also, I wanted to share something: it didn’t occur to me immediately why I felt more “clear.” It is because my neck pain is gone.  For the first time since I got hit by the car, I have no neck pain.  I didn’t fully appreciate how distracting pain the pain was, like a chainsaw constantly buzzing in the background.

I feel like yesterday was a very quiet, very personal revolution, and I can’t wait to do it again.

This is LaCretia Lage, I was a former patient until I moved out of state.  You crossed my mind today, as I was working on my health.  I just wanted to tell you that you have been the best Doctor I have ever had.  I so miss coming to you for my health needs.  I’m glad to see that you have expanded and continue to help others like you did for me.  I’m truly thankful for all that you did for me.

Hi Lady!! Miss visiting with you during our Botox/disport injections, It has been so long. I cannot believe what you’ve turned this into since the urgency room, it is absolutely amazing. So, I finally broke down and tried your cool tone that you were raving about on my abs and glutes, what a difference on the glutes!! I’ve even came back twice for touch ups, haha. Then I tried a package of zwave treatments and saw some changes in my upper leg cellulite near glutes. I am just loving all your services! I also just recently started doing the ultimate unicorn and am anxious to see the end results of that. I’m thinking about making an appointment with you for bio identical hormones as well, just have to convince the hubby.  Your staff has been so amazing too, Marla, Kathy, Autumn, Kelly, CiJay and Amber! Words cannot describe how much better I feel. When I came to Anu I was feeling defeated. I had been trying to follow Keto lifestyle for years and the scale just would not budge and, at times, would go up. I was lethargic, depressed, and ready to eat whatever I wanted because it clearly did not matter. I sat down in my first WW meeting in the 6th grade. I have tried every diet I could get my hands on over the years.

After sitting down and learning with Dr. Watkins I was blown away. Some things I knew, but so many I did not. I have always been told that my “thyroid is fine”. Well, it was not.

I started this journey weighing over 200 pounds in March of 2021 and am happy to report that today, September 1, 2021, I weigh 160.9 pounds. I am eating cleaner than I ever have and feel AMAZING! One thing I have learned is to eat foods without a label and that has been a game changer.

I was quite skeptical in the beginning because, after all, I have tried so many things that have not worked. I sat in that sauna twice a week, I drank my water, I ate my foods and IT WORKED!

Just wanted to let you know, I ran 4.5 miles on Sunday and 3.5 miles last night. NO knee pain. Haven’t been able to do that since Aug 2020. Thank you thank you thank you. I’m thinking about making another appointment to get the shot in my shoulder, since that’s been hurting since age 11 lol.

Dear Dr. Watkins,

My name is Leslie and I am a client of Anu. I came to the clinic for HCG in October 2020.

I have to share that I am so grateful that I did. Not only did I lose weight, but more importantly, your clinic requires a blood screening to be able to start on HCG. Well, you caught that I am B12 deficient and have pernicious anemia. Somehow, this had escaped my primary care doctor’s attention. Perhaps it came on rapidly. I don’t know. Once I gave him a copy of your labs, KU ran more labs and confirmed your diagnosis. He is following up with me diligently.

You saved my life. I had no idea the severity of pernicious anemia. I am going for an upper GI on May 20 to make sure I don’t have stomach cancer. Because of you guys, I’m hoping we caught it in time. I do know that if I hadn’t come to Anu, I would not have known about this, since it’s asympotmatic, usually until it’s fatal, except for fatigue – which I put down to menopause and working too hard.

I also have to report that all the items that were in bad shape in my ANU labs are GREATLY improved since I did the 40 days of HCG injections, plus the turbo shots.

I am now maintaining through intermittent fasting 4 days a week and will have B12 injections for the rest of my life.

Hello. I have been waiting to reach out until I had a good report. Today, I weighed 20.2lbs less than I did on March 15th and on April 17th was 12 1/4″ smaller than I was on March 27. I still have a way to go but wanted to thank you for telling me about Dr. Watkins. She has changed so many things about me by “digging in” and finding the root of so many issues. I wanted to share with you that I got on the scale this morning and I weighed 173 wearing a size 10 that is a bit baggy! When I came to you on April 15th, just 2 days after my 50th birthday, feeling like I had no hope, I weighed in at 203 wearing a tight size 14 and felt the worst I have ever felt. I could not have done any of this without your support, expertise, guidance, and caring. This includes my weekly visits with Marla and your team – I feel like you all are my family! I have been more than thrilled with my experience and treatment with Dr. Watkins and her entire team at Anu! I started with Dr. Watkins as a wellness patient and was amazed at how quickly I began to feel better and started to lose weight by learning what foods my body did not like. I can tell a huge difference in the way my pants fit AND in the way I sit. I could not be more pleased with my Cool Sculpt experience and outcome. I’ve always worked out and am not a junk food eater but could never get rid of the saddle bag areas on my thighs. I tried several ridiculous “knock offs” and got exactly what I paid for… no results! I had no pain, no down time, and honestly napped through most of my first appointment. The only thing I experienced was numbness of the area which came back within the first 60 days. I can tell a huge difference in the way my pants fit AND in the way I sit. I’m no longer self conscious about my thighs when sitting in a chair! If I had unlimited income I would have at least three more areas sculpted but until then I’m saving up to have my “flanks” done! Magic Cristyn, Just checking in to let you know that the hormone pellets are working!You should call them ‘happy’ pellets or ‘magic’ pellets because I’m actually sleeping again, I have energy my mood is goooood… and my brain fog has lifted! I tried to explain the whole brain fog thing and it’s hard to put into words but I just feel ‘clear-er’. It’s like when you put a pair of glasses on and the lens is smudged, then you clean the lens and everything is much more clear? That’s kind of what my head feels like now after the pellets… more clear. So thank you I’m so happy I decided to do the pellets, for me it is kind of life changing.

I have my Botox appointment set for this Tuesday. I can not wait! I started getting Botox in my forehead and bridge of my nose in December. It has been a HUGE game changes for me. U gave struggled with major tension headaches and migraines for years. Over the counter pain relievers did absolutely nothing and the RX ones would just knock me out. I had to schedule my entire life around my stupid headaches. I missed out on so many things. Since Dr.Watkins gave me Botox injections, I have not had one migraine or tension headache! Seriously! Not Even One! I will be getting my injections every 3-4 months for sure!

Noreen is very knowledgeable and willing to listen and work with her patients. She gave me a nose bridge! I\’ll be honest, I\’ve never had one my entire life due to a severe break when I was young. It meant so much to me that she was willing to perform a specialized treatment and give me a non surgical nose job.

The Doctor made sure I was given all the opportunities to have the best of care. I would love to be able to do everything she suggested because I know I would have optimal results. When I told Dr Watkins my finances she didn’t make me feel like I would not succeed because I wasn’t able to afford it. This made me feel again very understood and motivated to do better on what I could afford. Having a Doctor understand your out of pocket expense is an amazing attribute, it shows me, a client, that Dr Watkins truly wants the best of care she can provide for me on my income level.
