AQUAGOLD® is an advanced form of the popular micro-needling treatment that has shown to help minimize the appearance of age lines, uneven texture, and dull skin tone for a more youthful complexion overall. Unlike traditional micro-needling treatments, AQUAGOLD® is able to target larger regions of skin on the face. It’s important to note that results vary from patient to patient based on a number of factors.
The AQUAGOLD® device works to create a series of micro-channels on the surface of the skin when contact is made. Collagen production is stimulated with the creation of these micro-channels, promoting the skin’s natural healing process. As more collagen is generated, you may begin to notice softer-looking wrinkles, smoother texture, and more radiant skin tone.
Apart from stimulating the body’s reparative process, AQUAGOLD® can administer beneficial compounds like hyaluronic acid into the skin to enhance its moisture retention capabilities. Collagen renewal and improved moisture retention work hand-in-hand to promote more youthful-looking skin in the treatment area(s). We are happy to offer a custom blend by Dr. Watkins with neurotoxin, Vitamin C, Glutathione, and B complex solutions and the option to upgrade with biologics, peptides, growth factors, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, and other nutrients.
AQUAGOLD® micro-needling is generally a safe and effective rejuvenating treatment designed to be very gentle on the skin. Many people who have been treated have reported minimal to no discomfort.
