Lotus VIP Membership by aNu is an annual commitment and will be billed on the first of each calendar month. Early cancellation penalties apply. Memberships will auto renew unless canceled. 30-day written cancellation notice required. Memberships cannot be transferred. No refunds will be offered for unused benefits. No substitutions unless arranged with written consent. Monthly treatments cannot be banked or transferred and must be utilized within the calendar month, unless previously arranged and authorized. Cannot combine with special promotional offers unless otherwise noted. If a promotional offer is greater than member reward, member will be automatically granted promotional offer.
