Just wanted to let you know, I ran 4.5 miles on Sunday and 3.5 miles last night. NO knee pain. Haven’t been able to do that since Aug 2020. Thank you thank you thank you. I’m thinking about making another appointment to get the shot in my shoulder, since that’s been hurting since age 11 lol.
