What is PRP for joints?

PRP is an all-natural form of regenerative medicine that can safely and effectively remedy joint pain without surgery or downtime.

During your appointment, one of our trained specialists will carefully withdraw a small sample of your own blood and spin it within a sterilized centrifuge for several minutes. While spinning, blood plasma bonds itself with other restorative properties creating the PRP solution. The PRP is extracted from the sample and readministered into the designated treatment area where joint pain is present. Harnessing natural healing powers of the body, PRP restores healthy tissue on a cellular level, ultimately easing joint pain for greater physical comfort.

Are there any risks?

Since PRP is created from a small sample of your own blood at the time of your appointment, there is virtually no risk of disease or allergic reaction. As well, PRP for joints does not require making incisions, allowing for a less invasive, safer alternative to a surgical procedure.

How many treatments will I need?

Since each of our patients is experiencing a distinct case, treatment plans will be different for everyone. Once you schedule your consultation, our specialists will review your current medical history and discuss your concerns to properly determine your candidacy and how many treatments you may need to achieve greater everyday wellness. It’s important to keep in mind that results will vary.

Don’t let joint pain keep you from living comfortably. Contact us today to schedule your initial consultation and find out if PRP for joints may be the right choice for you!
